Equipment Rental Agreement – Blast Away Pressure Washing
By renting from Blast Away Pressure Washing, you (“Renter”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which apply to all equipment and accessories rented, unless otherwise stated in your order.
1. Equipment Rented
The equipment, attachments, and accessories provided are described in your order confirmation and may include (but are not limited to): pressure washer trailers, skid steers, excavators, sprayers, tanks, hoses, reels, and related tools.
2. Rental Period & Payment
Rental rates (daily, weekly, monthly) are displayed at checkout and must be paid, with applicable deposit, before pickup or delivery.
Delivery and pickup fees are additional unless stated otherwise.
Late returns will incur additional charges as specified on your order.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Renter must inspect all equipment upon delivery and report any pre-existing damage immediately.
Renter is responsible for proper, legal, and safe use of all rented items and will ensure only qualified operators use the equipment.
Equipment must be returned clean and in full working order. Repair/cleaning costs beyond normal wear will be charged to renter.
Renter will not alter, repair, or sub-rent equipment without written permission from Blast Away Pressure Washing.
4. Damage, Loss, & Theft
Renter is responsible for all equipment while in their possession, including loss, theft, or damage, regardless of fault.
Lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged equipment will be billed at replacement value.
Renter must notify the company of any incident immediately.
5. Insurance & Liability
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) with $1M liability coverage naming Blast Away Pressure Washing as Certificate Holder may be required for certain equipment.
Renter assumes all liability for personal injury, property damage, or losses during the rental period.
Blast Away Pressure Washing provides no express or implied warranties regarding equipment suitability for renter’s purpose.
6. Delivery & Pickup
Renter must ensure access for delivery and pickup at agreed times/locations.
Missed appointments or inaccessible sites may incur extra charges.
7. Fees & Penalties
Late returns: $____ per day per item.
Excessive cleaning: $____ per item.
Non-refundable deposit/booking fee applies to all reservations.
Cancellation less than 24 hours before start may forfeit deposit.
8. Authorization & Payments
Renter authorizes charges to card on file for all fees, damages, or lost items according to these terms.
Final invoices, including extra charges, will be provided with supporting documentation.
9. Disputes & Jurisdiction
All agreements governed by the laws of North Carolina.
Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in your business’s primary county of operation.
10. Agreement Acceptance
Electronic checkout or signature constitutes renter’s full acceptance of these terms for all rented items.
