INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR AGREEMENT

Blast Away Pressure Washing

This Independent Contractor Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Blast Away Pressure Washing (“Company”) and the undersigned contractor (“Contractor”).

1. RELATIONSHIP

Contractor is an independent contractor, not an employee. Contractor is responsible for their own taxes, insurance, equipment, and business expenses.

2. WORK EXPECTATIONS

Contractor agrees to:

• Represent the Blast Away brand professionally  

• Follow all solicitation and local regulations  

• Communicate clearly with customers and the Company  

• Log leads accurately and promptly  

• Maintain a clean, respectful appearance  

• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner  

3. COMPENSATION

Contractor will be paid according to the compensation structure provided during onboarding. Payments are issued after work is verified and approved.

4. EQUIPMENT & MATERIALS

Contractor is responsible for their own transportation, phone, and any tools required unless otherwise provided by the Company.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Contractor agrees not to share customer information, pricing, business strategies, or internal documents with any outside party.

6. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Contractor must return any Company property immediately upon termination.

7. LIABILITY

Contractor assumes full responsibility for their actions while performing services. Contractor agrees to operate safely and comply with all laws.

8. NON‑DISPARAGEMENT

Contractor agrees not to publicly criticize or harm the reputation of Blast Away Pressure Washing.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of North Carolina.

By signing below, Contractor acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
