Services You’ll Perform
Contractors working with Blast Away may be assigned:
House washing & soft washing
Driveway, sidewalk & concrete cleaning
Roof, gutter & deck cleaning
Commercial flatwork & storefront cleaning
You may operate from your own vehicle or a company‑assigned vehicle depending on the agreement.

What It’s Like Contracting With Us
As a Blast Away contractor, you will:
Arrive at our Concord shop or designated job site on time
Load, inspect, and maintain equipment
Complete scheduled residential & commercial cleaning projects
Communicate professionally with customers
Follow safety procedures and protect customer property
This is hands‑on, physical work — ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working outdoors in the Charlotte climate.

Contractor Requirements
To partner with Blast Away Pressure Washing NC, you must:
Be at least 18
Be available for early start times (around 6:30 AM)
Be able to work long days during peak season
Be comfortable with ladders and heights
Be able to lift 50–60 lbs
Have reliable transportation
Carry active auto liability insurance
Have a valid driver’s license
Be able to follow GPS directions and complete app‑based job forms
Maintain a professional, customer‑friendly attitude

Appearance & Professional Standards
Because you represent our Charlotte‑area brand, we require:
Clean, professional attire (company shirts may be provided)
Good personal hygiene
Tattoos/piercings kept within professional standards
No smoking in vehicles or on customer property

Background & Safety
All contractors must:
Pass a background check
Agree to drug testing when required
We provide training on equipment, safety, and property protection before you begin taking jobs independently.

Compensation
Contractors are paid based on production and performance.
Compensation may include:
Paid onboarding/training
Per‑job or percentage‑based pay
Higher rates for complex or large projects
